This year we will review a dancing shoe or a dancing related product every week to assist you in your Kizomba and other couples dancing experiences. For our first review we have chosen the Capezio Women’s SD02 Rosa 2.5 Flared Heel Shoe, which is a good starting shoe for women that are beginners in the dancing scene and does a good job for the ladies that have been dancing for years.
Capezio Women’s SD02 provides a suede sole to give you just the right amount of slip-and-grip on the dance floor while allowing your foot to pivot freely, a must have for a dancing shoe. The insole is cushioned for comfort. With a flared heel that is approximately 2,5 inch high, you will have more stability than 3 inch stilettos. The X strap around the arch is great for beginning dancers, because this strap style anchors your foot to the arch of the shoe, providing an ideal amount of support and stability. This is particularly good voor dancers with high arches that can have problems keeping their shoes in place or dancers that are prone to rolling their ankles with traditional ankle straps. Also available in Nude/Pink color.
Most ladies will say that the shoe feels comfortable and flexible, complementing the insole of the shoe. The X strap on the arch of the shoe delivers solid support, comfort and makes it easy for you to put on and take off your shoes.
Like most shoes, it takes some time to break in but street size is recommended although ladies with wide feet should try the shoe on first before they buy. If you are a beginner and you are looking to purchase your first dancing shoe, try before you buy! What works for her does not have to work for you!
Capezio Women’s SD02 Rosa is a durable yet delicate Latin ballroom shoe with a comfortable cushioned insole and suede sole. These offer superior flexibility, while the interwoven forefoot straps provide great support for the entire foot. The X strap offers great arch support which increases the sense of security. Easy to put on and take off.
